How to Book and Pay
The Booking Process . . . as simple as 1 – 2 – 3
We try to keep the booking process as simple and straightforward as possible. ‘Ball’ based at the ‘Koh Mak Centre,’ office which is located at Koh Mak Resort handles all the bookings personally. If you are in a hurry or prefer ‘real time’ contact you can contact him via chat or video call on Skype.
When we receive your booking email we will reply to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and the total cost of the room(s). If your requested resort is unavailable we will try to offer you a comparable alternative.This email will also include details of how to pay if you decide to book the room.
You will be asked to pay a minimum of 50% of the overall amount in advance, and the balance when you check in at your resort. (Or, as there is no ATM or Bank on Koh Mak you may want to choose to pay the entire amount in advance). We accept payment by either SWIFT Bank Transfer or online via Paypal.

Once the payment is received and the booking confirmed we will e-mail you a voucher. You will need to print off the voucher and present when you check in to your resort.
