Bamboo Hideaway Resort
Bamboo Hideaway is a small boutique style resort built in an aging rubber tree plantation using natural materials. This Thai/New Zealand has succeeded in capturing a feeling of peace and tranquility through its use of naturtal materials.
The eight bungalows are elevated and accessed by a walkway that snakes through the rubber trees from the restaurant area.The accommodation has been designed to give you all the luxuries of a more traditional resort but with the atmosphere that only natural materials can give.
Bamboo Hideaway is located inland but provides guests with free transport to the main beaches on the island. If you want to cool off you can do so at the resort’s pool from where you get great sea views across Ao Nid Bay. The pool and restaurant areas are also great places to enjoy the sight of the sunset over the island.
